<p>Overview</p> <p>This position involves using applied statistics, machine learning and efficient algorithms to address fundamental problems in biology and medicine by integrative analysis of multi-dimensional data.</p> <p>This position is temporary.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform computational biology research for the analysis of genome editing experimental data </li><li>Design of new genome editing experiments </li><li>Prepare presentations </li><li>Assist in preparing research publications about the accomplished research </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Masters or higher degree in computer science, computational biology or related field. </li><li>Programming in R and/or python. </li><li>Practical experiene with algorithm design, applied machine learning and data analysis. </li><li>Knowledge of biological systems and experimental technologies of molecular biology and genome editing. </li><li>Ability to prepare slide presentations, visualize and report results. </li></ul> <p>Be advised that you will be contacted only if there is further interest in your application.
