Our ever-expanding team is constantly working with customers to find the right loan product that will help meet their needs and improve their lives, and we would love for you to join us for this mission!</p> <p>What will a typical day be like for me?</p> <ul> <li>Reviewing loan applications from customers via our online portal or over the phone </li><li>Working with customers to review credit and loan eligibility </li><li>Making loan underwriting decisions to give the best options to our customers </li><li>Responding to customer questions regarding the loans we offer (collateral, approval qualifications, renewal policies, etc.) </li><li>Partnering with our branches when necessary to deliver first-in-class customer service </li></ul> <p>What will make me successful in this role?</p> <ul> <li>Understanding computer software like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook </li><li>Possessing the ability to problem-solve while dealing with sensitive and confidential situations </li><li>Having the desire to work competitively in order to achieve monthly bonus incentives </li></ul> <p>What will make me stand out?</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent </li><li>Experience within the loan industry or business knowledge </li></ul> <p>Why work at World?</p> <p>At World Finance, our Team Members are what drive our success.
