Be part of an extraordinary life!</p> <p>The Driver is responsible for the timely and safe transporting of residents to various individual and group activities/functions and medical appointments.</p> <p>Starting pay: $17.50/hr</p> <p>PRINCIPLE DUTIES:</p> <p>Essential Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Picks up and delivers residents to all scheduled activities and appointments where transportation is needed. </li><li>Completes a safety check of the applicable vehicle, (i.e., car or bus) before transporting residents to and from scheduled activities and appointments. </li><li>Accurately records vehicle mileage and resident attendance for all scheduled transportation. </li></ul> <p>Other Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains the cleanliness of the vehicle, inside and out. </li><li>Transports vehicle(s) to service locations for routine preventive maintenance on vehicle(s) as scheduled by supervisor. </li><li>Notifies supervisor of necessary repairs and vehicle malfunctions. </li><li>Immediately notifies supervisor of resident concerns, problems, or incidents. </li><li>Makes miscellaneous runs for administration errands as necessary. </li><li>Maintains all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition. </li><li>Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor. </li><li>Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned. Must be CPR, AED and First Aid certified. </li><li>Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. </li></ul> <p>Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm</p> <p>Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status.
