<p>Senior Consultant - Multiemployer Benefits Administration and Technology</p> <p>Are you passionate about benefits administration and technology? Segal's Administration and Technology Consulting team is looking for a Senior Consultant to join us in transforming the way our Multiemployer clients manage their benefits administration. This is a fully remote position with some travel required.</p> <p>The Role</p> <p>As a Senior Consultant, you will lead and collaborate on projects that improve our clients' benefits administration operations, staffing and systems.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage client projects from planning to execution, ensuring quality service. </li><li>Provide expert advice on benefits administration and technology issues, including identifying and solving operational and technical issues for clients. </li><li>Guide clients in procuring and implementing benefits administration systems and third-party services. </li><li>Conduct operational assessments, providing detailed recommendations. </li><li>Assist clients with organizational design, succession planning, and staffing needs. </li><li>Lead presentations to boards of trustees and executive staff. </li><li>Support ATC practice business development activities to grow services and revenue. </li></ul> <p>#remote</p> <p>Key Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Undergraduate degree or equivalent related work experience; Master's Degree and/or CEBS accreditation preferred. </li><li>Minimum of 9 years of employee benefits experience in consulting, fund office/union, or related environments. </li><li>Knowledge of multiemployer benefit plan administration, systems, and legislation preferred. </li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. </li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, project management, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Some travel is required. </li></ul> <p>Join us and be part of a team dedicated to empowering clients with innovative solutions.</p> <p>Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Segal:</p> <p>We recognize that individuals bring a broad range of experience, abilities and reward expectations that may fall outside the stated requirements of this job.
