Our team members also appreciate the easy commute and minimal driving required by our Beverly portfolio.</p> <p>Experienced outdoor construction workers are encouraged to apply to Cummings Properties for this full-time opportunity, which has a schedule of 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Forming and finishing concrete </li><li>Repairing and installing underground utilities such as drainage, piping, conduits etc. </li><li>Experience working with asphalt paving and repair work </li><li>Site preparation and understanding plans and drawings </li><li>Hydraulics license with experience operating heavy machinery required </li><li>Snow removal </li><li>Catch basin and storm drain repair </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Good driving record </li><li>Residency in the greater Beverly area </li><li>Professional demeanor and strong work ethic in a team based environment </li><li>Minimum of three to five years of related experience required </li><li>Fluency in spoken English and sound understanding of written English </li><li>CDL license and hoisting license are not required, but desirable </li></ul> <p>Cummings Properties has a long history of giving back to the community.
