<p>Summary:</p> <p>The President - CSM Financial is responsible for all operations of CSM Financial, LLC.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the development and performance of fixed operations and support functions for CSM Financial business </li><li>Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values </li><li>Development and execution of annual business plans, budgeting and goal setting </li></ul> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Sets goals, targets, and budgets for CSM Financial </li><li>Develops and implements a strategic plan to meet the needs of CSM Financial and it's customers </li><li>Work closely with the executive team to further the organizations missions, visions and goals </li><li>Inform and advise the executive team regarding current trends, concerns and activities to facilitate policymaking </li><li>Plan, recommend for approval and operate within an annual budget </li><li>Optimize staff performance by clearly defining duties, establishing performance standards, conduct performance reviews and maintain competitive salary structure </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education, Skills, Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; further education preferred </li><li>Seven to ten years of experience in operations management with proven leadership skills </li><li>Experience with medium and heavy-duty truck financing </li><li>Superior analytical and financial aptitude </li><li>Understanding and ability to help drive sales and overseeing a P and L </li><li>Willingness to travel and work in multiple locations </li><li>Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Management skills to include strategic plan development, decision making abilities and program implementation </li><li>Supervisory skills to include the ability to coach, train and motivate subordinates to reach established goals </li><li>Ability to demonstrate or display extensive product knowledge to customers and staff to assist with purchase decisions </li><li>Proven collaborative and participative management skills are essential including experience in building strong teams </li><li>Basic computer skills </li><li>Ability to prioritize and process multiple projects simultaneously </li><li>Ability to establish and meet standards and deadlines for self and others </li></ul> <p>Work Environment, Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis </li><li>Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8 - 12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements </li></ul> <p>CSM Job Standards Accountabilities:</p> <p>Customer Focus: Actively looking for ways to identify customer needs. Follow appropriate security procedures.</p> <p>Scheduling and Coordinating: Making arrangements that fulfill all requirements as efficiently and economically as possible.</p> <p>Problem Solving/Decision-making: Being open to change and to considerable variety in the workplace.
