In this position, you will gain extensive hands-on experience applicable across departments within the CC Enterprise and beyond, all while working to make a lasting difference in the lives of patients and their families.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works days from 6:00AM - 2:30PM.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee, escort and direct customers to the appropriate source of assistance. </li><li>Provide a safe environment for patients and their families. </li><li>Assist Supervisor with daily staffing. </li><li>Monitor and document quality outcome. </li><li>Oversee and complete patient tracking through electronic software tools. </li><li>Coordinate and maintain Uniform Room activities, such as locker assignments and scrubs for all OR personnel. </li><li>Properly handle and dispose of hazardous waste. </li><li>Comply with special cleaning requests for radioactive waste and infection control surgical cases. </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through American Heart Association (AHA) required within new hire period </li><li>One year of customer service experience </li><li>One year of Surgical Support Tech I experience or two years as a Lead following through with projects and managing staff </li></ul> <p>Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
