<p>Melmark Overview Melmark is a nonprofit organization providing clinically-sophisticated evidence-based special education, residential, vocational, and therapeutic services for children and adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, developmental and intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, medical complexities, and other neurological and genetic disorders. # Program Manager Overview The Program Manager is an administrative and clinical supervisor for the residential program and is responsible to oversee the clinical and administrative operations of the home.## They will serve as a supervisor of all employees assigned to that location.# He/she is responsible for the training and implementation of the clinical behavioral interventions and teaching strategies for individuals in the residential setting.## He/she will develop the interventions in conjunction with Behavior Analysts and the Senior Clinician, ensuring that the programs developed are appropriate to the ages and populations served.# In addition, the Program Manager will ensure that all requirements are met for acquiring and maintaining all applicable licenses, certifications and accreditations.# The Program Manager serves as a supervisor of assigned residential homes.# Populations served are intensely physically challenging.# The Program Manager position requires that staff be aware that individuals who are served may exhibit aggressive and/or self-injurious behavior.# This requires the Program Manager to be constantly alert and ready to respond to the individual#s needs according to effective behavior analytic interventions. # Schedule and Salary Information Starting Salary: $55,222.40 (+) based on years of experience Monday- Friday 11am-7:30pm # Requirements Bachelor#s Degree with two years experience with specialized populations or Master#s Degree with one year experience with specialized population. A valid US driver#s license and a minimum age of twenty-one (21) years old.# Board Certification in Behavior Analysis or enrollment in Program preferred. One- to- two years experience with specialized populations required.# Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis is desirable. # Program Manager Responsibilities Ensures staff are attentive to and maintain resident hygiene, grooming and dressing needs (i.e. nails clipped, hair brushed, cloths clean and free of holes, dressed appropriately for weather conditions). #Ensures documentation and notification to nursing, QA, and AOC as defined by Policy. Ensures staff adheres to assigned individual served level of supervision. Ensures the use and maintenance of all adaptive equipment and/ or augmentative devices of individuals served. Ensures the completion of all daily documentation (e.g. Behavior Incident Reports, Accident Injury Reports, Stool Charts, and Body Checks) Ensures an adequate inventory and completes supplies order by assigned deadline each week. Ensures the timely completion of health and safety indicators eg monthly fire drills and individual# fire training documentation, van checks and health and safety checklists) Conducts required meetings with all assigned employees( e.g. APM#s, ABAC#s and RA#s). Ensures timely evaluation of staff per established Melmark polices (eg new hire compencey checklist, 90 day appraisal and annual appraisal) Provided Manger on-call responsibilities, including rounds in all assigned homes and timely submission of electronic shift report. Ensures that all individual#s graphs and coversheets are up to date and prepared for all review meetings, and any medical required medical appointments and as requested Oversees the implementation of quality performance standards for residential program, eg accurate data collection, organized program book, and follow-up on recommendations. Assists with meeting compliance with all regulatory standards.# Will represent the department in meetings with agencies (local and state) for annual inspections and/or licensing reviews as it relates to Residential Services. Assists in the development and delivery of departmental training topics, (eg.
