Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Facilitate with the development and definition of ideas that will improve the organization.</p> <ul> <li>Evaluate departments and services in an effort to define best practices and encourage positive and progressive change. </li><li>Remain current on healthcare trends and advances. </li><li>Define financial, operational, and clinical data necessary for evaluating change initiatives. </li><li>Identify steps, tools, and training necessary to implement a process or structural change. </li><li>Oversee functioning of assigned projects/project teams and for collaborating with executive leadership to access necessary resources. </li><li>Manage resources, process and quality assurance of projects within scope of responsibility. </li><li>Develop and update the ongoing management plan. </li><li>Monitor and ensure that detailed project plans, reporting mechanisms, issue resolution processes, and communications are timely and meet quality guidelines. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Licensure / Certification / Registration:</p> <ul> <li>Certification specializing in Lean Healthcare Mgmt preferred.. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed </li><li>Project Mgmt Professional preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed </li><li>Registered Nurse preferred.
