Here, you can build a rewarding career with one of the most respected hospital systems.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works from 8:00AM - 5:00PM.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously </li><li>Acting as a liaison between internal and external customers by greeting customers, answering, and triage phone calls. </li><li>Administer calendar and schedule management. </li><li>Compose and prepare a variety of correspondence (e.g., reports, forms, presentation materials, messages, etc.) as required. </li><li>Provide coverage of other areas such as front end, point of service and registration. </li><li>Coordinate management functions and assist in special projects. </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Three years of office experience </li><li>Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) </li><li>Completion of on-line Skills Assessment for demonstrated proficiency level </li><li>Demonstrate exceptional clerical, communication and organizational skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree </li><li>Typing proficiency of 45 wpm with accuracy </li><li>Administrative Assistant experience </li></ul> <p>Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
