As part of our dedicated Nursing Team, you'll advocate for our clients, ensure top-quality care, and help foster optimal health and well-being.</p> <p>Role & Responsibilities:</p> <p>Medical Oversight & Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and coordinate healthcare services for residents in Western MA programs. </li><li>Attend medical appointments and ensure appropriate follow-ups. </li><li>Advocate for optimal health and well-being for all individuals. </li></ul> <p>Team Collaboration & Communication</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and medical providers. </li><li>Communicate effectively with the Area Director, Nursing RN Supervisor, Health Care Director, and other DDS staff. </li></ul> <p>Compliance & Documentation</p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate records, including progress notes, medical logs, and staff communication updates. </li><li>Ensure compliance with MAP standards for medication and treatment orders. </li></ul> <p>Training & Support</p> <ul> <li>Educate staff on personal care, positioning, feeding, and supportive device usage. </li><li>Provide ongoing nursing guidance and support to direct care teams. </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Conduct quarterly audits of residential programs. </li><li>Perform other assignments as directed by management. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Valid MA Nursing License (LPN or RN) </li><li>Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record </li><li>Strong communication and computer skills </li><li>Physical ability to perform job duties </li></ul> <p>Salary is determined by relevant experience, education, and skills</p> <p>LPN Starting Pay: $30-$35/hr</p> <p>RN Starting Pay: $35-$39/hr</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Generous PTO (Paid Time Off) package </li><li>Comprehensive health and dental insurance </li><li>Life insurance and long-term disability coverage </li><li>403(b) retirement plan with employer contributions </li><li>Tuition remission for eligible programs </li><li>Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) </li><li>Professional development opportunities and pathways for career advancement </li></ul> <p>Learn more about ServiceNet</p> <p>https://www.servicenet.org/</p> <p>ServiceNet is an equal opportunity employer.
