As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing positive, polished, and prompt customer service to TD Garden guests at Bruins and Celtics games, concerts, and other events. All team members receive benefits including:</p> <ul> <li>Weekly pay </li><li>Employee assistance program </li><li>Training and development opportunities </li><li>Employee discounts </li><li>Flexible work schedules </li></ul> <p>Eligible team members may also receive: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, and tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide positive, polished, and prompt customer service to TD Garden guests at Bruins and Celtics games, concerts, and other events. </li><li>Provide wayfinding assistance and troubleshoot ticketing issues in both and indoor and outdoor environments. </li><li>Assist with guest entry before events by staffing various gates and high-traveled areas in and around TD Garden. </li><li>Provide mobility assistance by providing escorts to guests upon request. </li><li>Be a subject matter expert on ADA laws, TD Garden ADA policy and their implementation at TD Garden. </li><li>Handle guest complaints in a professional manner, escalating to management as necessary. </li><li>Communicate with guests in person, via email, and text message during events. </li><li>Collaborate with various departments (Ushers, Security, Concessions, Box Office, Housekeeping, Building Operations) to ensure the smooth operation of events. </li><li>Provide service recovery when necessary by providing guests with resolutions to issues as directed by management. </li><li>Surprise and delight fans and ensure we are providing them with best-in-class experiences while at TD Garden. </li><li>All other duties as assigned by management. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in customer service in a fast-paced environment preferred. </li><li>Must be a positive individual who will always Think Guest and work hard to ensure unforgettable experiences. </li><li>Must be able to work nights and weekends, a minimum of 50% of events in each calendar month. </li><li>Must be an outspoken person who is comfortable working directly with a high volume of guests and clients. </li><li>Must be willing to work under pressure in order to solve problems in a quick and efficient manner. </li><li>Ability to perform simple tasks independently after being given specific instructions. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to work in loud environments with flashing lights and lasers. </li><li>Must be able to push or lift light weight objects. </li><li>Must be able to push wheelchairs and other assistive devices. </li><li>Must be able to use a radio with an earpiece. </li><li>Exposed to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons, including variable temperatures and wet and/or humid conditions. </li></ul> <p>Shift Details</p> <p>Evening shift</p> <p>Weekends</p> <p>Event based</p> <p>Who We Are</p> <p>Delaware North purchased the historic Boston Garden in 1975 and later constructed its successor, TD Garden, and neighboring The Hub on Causeway, both of which we continue to own and operate.
