Then come join us!</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Bicycle Building position will assemble all bicycles sold at our retail locations. As new bicycles arrive at the store, the builder would be responsible for maintaining assembly schedules, quality inspections and of course an organized work space. A fast learning and excited individual would aid in proper inventory management to ensure that the sales staff was supplied accurate information regarding currently built product.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Learn the proper Point of Sale practices that relate to bicycle building. </li><li>Work directly with Service Managers to develop quality bicycle builds and expectations. </li><li>Work directly with Service Managers to develop quality bicycle accessory installation expectations. </li><li>Efficiently complete daily work schedules and tasks. </li><li>Team contributions to maintain a clean and orderly service department. </li><li>Schedule requirements include weekend/evening availability. </li></ul> <p>Trek Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Flexible and fun company culture </li><li>401(k) with match and Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) </li><li>Employee discounts on all product </li><li>Deep partner retail discounts </li></ul> <p>We are an Equal Employment Opportunity ("EEO") Employer.
