Do you see yourself as a continuous learner who wants to grow and develop your skills?</p> <p>We have a position available in the Quality Department as a Quality Specialist at the Kirby Risk Service Center in Lafayette, IN!</p> <p>This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and advance!</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assists the Quality Department in developing, implementing, and documenting quality standards and procedures. </li><li>Supports departments to help improve quality, equipment, and inspection of products. </li><li>Provides reports and analysis of non-conformances to include root cause and corrective action. </li><li>Collaborates with customers and suppliers on quality improvement both internally and externally. </li><li>Facilitates training of the Quality System to production employees. </li><li>Documents and analyzes information for product and process improvement. </li></ul> <p>Want to know if you are a good fit? If so, you will meet the following criteria:</p> <ul> <li>College degree in technical field and 3 years ISO/QS or equivalent experience. </li><li>Understands statistical process control. </li><li>Comprehends and grasps blueprint reading. </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office </li><li>High level of organization, with the ability to multitask and meet several deadlines at once. </li><li>Ability to learn and apply new knowledge/skills. </li></ul> <p>Hours and Travel: 7:00 am-4:00 pm Monday-Friday.
