<p>Description</p> <p>We are looking for a Quality Management Specialist- Certified Inversigator to conduct investigations involving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Chester, Delaware County and Montgomery Counties with an office based in Berwyn, PA.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities Include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Conducting investigations involving allegations of abuse, neglect and other required investigations.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare incident management investigation reports</p> </li><li> <p>Incident Management tracking</p> </li><li> <p>Assisting with evaluating and implementing systems to improve quality, safety and to decrease risk</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as required</p> </li></ul> <p>As a quality Management investagator you will monitor compliance with all regulatory and funding agencies. You will conduct and track all internal investigations regarding abuse and other care-related issues. You will also assist the Director of Quality Management by coordinating QM activities for the Center as well as Corporate offices.
