<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join our dynamic team at Trucordia in the Philly market. The Commercial Lines Producer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and providing risk management solutions tailored to businesses of all sizes. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, an in-depth understanding of commercial insurance products, and a passion for helping businesses protect their assets and operations through comprehensive insurance coverage.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Generate new leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts. </li><li>Present customized insurance solutions to meet clients' specific commercial needs, including property, liability, workers' compensation, and other lines of coverage. </li><li>Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their commercial insurance needs. </li><li>Create and present comprehensive insurance proposals and quotations to potential clients, clearly explaining policy terms, conditions, and pricing. </li><li>Leverage industry knowledge to keep clients informed on market trends, emerging risks, and changes in regulations that may affect their insurance needs. </li><li>Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and changes in commercial insurance products. </li><li>Prepare and submit regular progress reports on sales performance and account activities. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree </li><li>Valid Property and Casualty License </li><li>3-5 years of experience in commercial lines </li><li>Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and effectively prioritizing risks to manage concurrent workflow. </li><li>Possess excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must possess a developing knowledge of commercial insurance markets to place new business and understand the supplemental insurance marketplace. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>AD&D </li><li>FSA / HSA </li><li>Commuter & Child Care FSA </li><li>Cancer Support Benefits </li><li>Pet Insurance </li><li>Accident & Critical Illness </li><li>Hospital Indemnity </li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP) </li><li>11 Paid Holidays </li><li>Flexible PTO </li><li>401K </li></ul>
