<p>Overview</p> <p>BCI is currently seeking an Advanced Behavior Technician to join our team! The Advanced Behavior Technician provides behavioral intervention to children with autism and their families in a variety of settings.</p> <p>For over 20 years, BCI has provided evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to help children and young adults with autism find success. Our goal is to empower our clients to build the skills needed to live a happy and fulfilling life.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. </li><li>Receive support and supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). </li><li>Introduce and run Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs developed by BCBAs. </li><li>Work with kids in one of our centers or in client homes with a focus on activities they naturally do (play!) </li><li>Receive extensive training to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to create lasting change for our kids and their families. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Certification, registration and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment </li><li>Must have reliable transportation or easily access public transportation </li><li>Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Excellent time management skills </li><li>Ability to multitask </li><li>You must have experience working with children; nanny, childcare, teaching, camp counselor </li></ul> <p>Preferred areas of study; psychology, education, special education,..</p> <p>BCI/LEARN Behavioral is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
