POSITION OVERVIEW The Recruiting Intern works as an apprentice under the direction of the Regional Talent Partner and is responsible for functions needed in the Employee Services Team. The internship will play a key role in the continued growth and success of the Company. Other key responsibilities include: Source candidates for entry level positions utilizing ATS and external resources (ex: social media, LinkedIn) Communicate and manage applicants as they move through the ATS Identify and manage external relationships with community partners (ex: workforce development, professional associations, Chamber of Commerce, etc.) Meet with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs Communicate with candidates throughout the selection process Provide support with campus hiring events All other duties as assigned by leader Qualifications Entry Level: Requires 0-1 years' experience and HS Diploma or equivalent. Physical requirements Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors and all business associates outside of the health campus.
