If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.</p> <p>KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Compliance to join our Enterprise Contracting Center.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Apply an introductory understanding of compliance to assist with various contracting compliance tasks, including performing control validations and testing </li><li>Conduct reviews of internal controls and contractual obligations, identify gaps, and collaborate with compliance team leads to formulate effective risk mitigation strategies; ensure contract compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) </li><li>Utilize Microsoft Excel for data documentation, analysis, and reporting, including the development and maintenance of compliance dashboards </li><li>Facilitate and coordinate communication with internal and external parties, ensuring effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels </li><li>Use new software tools and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance efficiency in day-to-day tasks; create and manage compliance training curricula using desktop publishing tools </li><li>Manage small projects, ensuring tasks are assigned, deadlines are met, and resources are allocated effectively; track project milestones, coordinate communication, and maintain project documentation </li><li>Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum one year of recent experience with basic knowledge of compliance concepts and requirements, data analysis and management maintenance, government and commercial contracts and contracting process, control validation and testing, and monitoring </li><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or one year of relevant work is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required </li><li>Organizational skills with keen attention to detail and documentation; ability to multi-task and seek assistance from supervisors while prioritizing work to meet deadlines </li><li>Project management experience; intermediate to advanced Excel skills required; knowledge of desktop publishing tools highly desired </li><li>Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, organizational and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; able to build productive relationships with peers </li><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
