<p>Description</p> <p>OUCU Financial is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to support our Financial Advisors and Tax staff in delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.</p> <p>Duties Include:</p> <ul> <li>Assisting advisors with administrative paperwork and processing. </li><li>Booking advisors' calendars by reaching out to members needing a review or scheduling an appointment due to an upcoming change to their account. </li><li>Assisting members and front office staff with IRA contributions and distributions: ensuring transfers, rollovers, and distributions are coded properly and in adherence with IRS guidelines. </li><li>Assisting tax clients by returning tax documents and explaining results, obtaining payments, and answering any questions the client has. </li><li>Assist with E-filing of tax returns. </li><li>Welcomes clients to the office and answers incoming phone calls when the Receptionist is unavailable. </li></ul> <p>At OUCU Financial, we believe that our employees make the difference. The pay for this position starts at $17.65 per hour, with relevant education and experience considered in determining the starting pay rate.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree in business or equivalent education and experience. </li><li>Familiar with Investment Services and credit union products and services. Experience in financial services strongly preferred. </li><li>Experience in customer service and office operations. </li></ul>
