For additional information, please visit www.NRPGroup.com.</p> <p>Under the direction of the Director of Development Accounting and Finance, the Financial Analyst manages the financial aspects of projects as they progress through both the development and construction phases.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <p>Essential Functions Statement(s):</p> <ul> <li>Perform financial analysis of cash flows, job cost tracking and project funding. </li><li>Create financial reporting packages that include property cash flows, construction completion, valuations and loan sizing's as well as property and borrower/investor analysis. </li><li>Serve as a liaison with equity partners, third party owners and lenders. </li><li>Collaborate with developers, project managers and third party vendors/consultants to organize and facilitate funding and draw requests with various capital sources. </li><li>Identify budget variances and assist in preparing change orders to project budgets. </li><li>Prepare monthly financial reports to meet joint venture and lending requirements. </li><li>Analyze projects for completion, make necessary journal entries and reconcile general ledgers to project budgets. </li><li>Prepare and present monthly Project Performance Review reports as required by management. </li><li>Construct and manage detailed Microsoft Excel models as they relate to project specific cash flow and equity partner distributions. </li></ul> <p>SKILLS & ABILITIES</p> <p>Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA/MBA preferred</p> <p>Experience: 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
