We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at our Horsham, PA office.</p> <p>The Payroll Administrator will focus primarily on payroll adjustments, reporting processes, auditing, and high-level management of the ADP payroll system. This role involves establishing strong relationships with HR Managers across locations and serving as their primary contact for payroll systems, adjustments, and support. While payroll processing is not the primary responsibility, this position will act as the primary backup for full payroll processing when needed.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Process company-wide terminations and gather supporting documentations for terminations. </li><li>Assist Payroll and HR teams in the administration, communication, and analysis of payroll responsibilities. </li><li>Collaborate with the Payroll team to identify and implement process improvements. </li><li>Maintain and ensure alignment between SAP HR and ADP payroll systems. </li><li>Research, review, and resolve escalated payroll questions and issues with professionalism and confidentiality. </li><li>Complete biweekly payroll reconciliations. </li><li>Process employment verifications, unemployment forms and other documents promptly. </li><li>Provide accrual, time-off, payroll liability, and custom reports to the accounting department as needed. </li><li>Serve as a contact for internal and external audits and ensure timely submission of required documentation. </li><li>Manage ADP system access for employees and administrators. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>5+ years of payroll processing experience. </li><li>Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is mandatory. </li><li>Experience with SAP HR is preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of state and federal payroll and tax regulations. </li><li>Strong skills in Excel, spreadsheets, and data analysis. </li><li>What We Offer: </li><li>Competitive salary. </li><li>Comprehensive medical benefits. </li><li>PTO and vacation time. </li><li>401(k) retirement plan. </li><li>Opportunities for career advancement. </li></ul> <p>Sofidel America is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p>
