Our Automotive team consist of around 1500 employees, 10 locations and 44 nationalities, we're an international team working together to challenge the ordinary.</p> <p>If this sounds like you, let's talk.</p> <p>The Senior Accountant is a key role in our finance team, you'll blend analytical insight with hands-on accounting to ensure our financial results are accurate and timely. You'll manage day-to-day transactions and monthly reporting, all while collaborating with our global finance team-including colleagues at our UK headquarters.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Accounts Payable & Vendor Management</p> <ul> <li>Process invoices, manage payment runs, and maintain vendor relationships </li><li>Ensure compliance with annual 1099 reporting </li></ul> <p>Dealership Accounting</p> <ul> <li>Manage all dealer-related financial transactions and monthly statement reconciliations </li><li>Maintain the Optimum system and ensure dealership compliance with accounting standards </li></ul> <p>Indirect Tax</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate indirect tax filings with KPMG and manage state/jurisdiction registrations </li></ul> <p>Procurement Support</p> <ul> <li>Assist with purchase requests and vendor onboarding in line with finance processes </li></ul> <p>Employee Expenses</p> <ul> <li>Process expense reports and Pcard transactions accurately and in a timely manner </li></ul> <p>Month-End Close & Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Execute key journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting tasks </li><li>Provide business-driven financial analysis as needed </li></ul> <p>Other Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support distribution of Manufacturer Certificates of Origin (MCOs) </li><li>Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives led by the Head of Finance </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills </li><li>A strong desire to learn, and grow within the company </li></ul> <p>If the role sounds of interest and you want to learn more please apply.
