<p>Recruiting Advisor: Reading MA/Hybrid</p> <p>The Recruiting Advisor is responsible for the qualification and delivery of candidates who are interested in transferring their US work visa to Eliassen. Potential candidates will be supplied to the Recruiting Advisor by internal EG recruiters. The Recruiting Advisor will work in tandem with EG recruiters and EG immigration paralegals to facilitate a successful H1 transfer. The Recruiting Advisor will be responsible for answering candidate related immigration questions that candidates, recruiters, and AE's may have throughout this transfer process.</p> <p>ALL ABOUT US</p> <p>Eliassen Group is a leading strategic consulting company that provides business and IT services for our clients as they seek to transform and execute strategies that will drive exceptional outcomes. To learn more about our award-winning culture, visit the Eliassen Experience.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Use immigration expertise and best practices to educate recruiters, AEs, and leadership on the nuances and advantages of sponsoring work visas. </li><li>Timely response to visa transfer leads supplied by recruiters. </li><li>Leverage immigration expertise to qualify candidates' transfer eligibility. </li><li>Use expertise to qualify candidates with a high likely hood of acceptance and successful transfer. </li><li>Advise EG on immigration law, best-practices, and evolving immigration policies. </li><li>Advise candidates on visa-related issues, international travel, stamping, and Green Card application. </li><li>Maintain redeployment log, alerting recruiters within 8 weeks of an end date that we must start redeployment efforts. </li><li>Build and maintain relationships with EG recruiters </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to operate with transparency and honesty </li><li>Ability to develop and lead immigration training for recruiters, AEs, and leadership. </li><li>Ability to build and maintain relationships with recruiters and candidates. </li><li>Committed to having both clients' and candidates' best interests in mind </li><li>Agency Staffing immigration-related experience </li><li>Experience facilitating H1B transfers </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree required </li><li>5+ years of immigration experience and 2+ years of agency staffing experience </li></ul> <p>Base Range: $65,000 - $75,000</p> <p>This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual/quarterly bonus opportunity.</p> <p>W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans, some with an Employer HSA contribution), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO consisting of 10 holidays, 5 sick days (or more if required by law in the state/locality where you work), 15+ days of vacation (based on tenure), bereavement leave, and 6-8 weeks paid maternity/disability leave and 2-4 weeks paid parental leave (based on tenure).</p>
