This position involves not only serving food but also assisting in the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met. The Dietary Aide/Server will work closely with the kitchen staff and dietitians to understand the specific dietary requirements of residents, contributing to their overall health and well-being. Additionally, this role requires effective communication with residents to enhance their dining experience and gather feedback on meal preferences.
