The ideal Project Manager must be flexible, fast-paced, and self-started. This is a small team of PMs (4) and Writer/Editors (7). We manage Consult QD, a peer-to-peer online content site for professionals. We project manage all types of projects from Nurses Week, patient menu redesigns to State of Clinic to Philanthropy Events.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works days, 8:00am-5:00pm.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage all aspects of moderately complex projects and lead/manage medium to large size projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Leverage basic project management tools to deliver results.</p> </li><li> <p>Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and complete action plans, complete audits and identify trends.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements and participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.</p> </li><li> <p>Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A bachelor's degree in business or a related field</p> </li><li> <p>Three years of project experience in assigned area which may include progressively responsible experience supporting a clinical system and/or data/financial analysis, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience creating and maintaining a project plan from inception through completion</p> </li><li> <p>Effective relationship building skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Degree in Marketing</p> </li><li> <p>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification</p> </li></ul> <p>Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
