Check out our Nurse Testimonial to hear what it's like to work at Illuminus.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with residents/patients/clients and family members / personal representatives. </li><li>Responsible for maintaining a positive image of the entity in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values. </li><li>Perform care as directed by the Director of Nursing A/L. </li><li>Promptly notify the on-duty Nurse of any change in resident status. </li><li>Provide services consistent with the resident service plan. </li><li>Participate in required initial and ongoing training programs and complete 15 hours of in-service training per year. </li><li>Use proper body mechanics in the performance of all tasks. </li><li>Only perform tasks in which training has been provided. </li><li>Always practice standard precautions. </li><li>Document services in an accurate and timely manner. </li><li>Cooperate with scheduling to accomplish adequate coverage for resident services. </li><li>#LGCNA </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Commitment to quality programs and services for the residents/patients/clients. </li><li>Excellent communications and human relation skills. </li><li>Ability to relate well to the residents/patients/clients, family members / personal representatives. </li><li>Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information. </li><li>Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions and exhibit flexibility when needed. </li><li>RELIABLE ATTENDANCE </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:</p> <ul> <li>Completed documented proof of CBRF Training as outlined in HFS-83 </li></ul>
