Posting Number 20166729S Job Description</p> <p>Under general supervision from housekeeping manager or other administrative supervisor, serves as lead worker: mentors, assists, informs, trains and conveys work assignments as directed by supervisory personnel engaged in providing care, cleaning & maintenance of buildings, furniture & fixtures.</p> <ul> <li>Adheres to all OSHA &/or Ohio University required safety guidelines. </li><li>Serves as Lead Worker: mentors, assists, informs, trains and conveys work assignments as directed by supervisory personnel to assigned workforce engaged in cleaning activities: trains & demonstrates equipment use. Informs supervisor of work progress, building deficiencies & problems. Inspects work areas to determine health, safety & maintenance needs. Prepares & maintains related records (e.g., payroll, work orders, supply). </li><li>Cleans furniture, walls, windows, floors, fixtures & equipment following either Level 1 or Level 2 clean/sanitize/disinfect guidelines as directed ; may move furniture, including special set-ups; makes minor repairs to equipment & furniture; reports accidents & malfunctioning equipment.
