Kenvue is currently in the process of moving its Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ.</p> <p>Travel %: 25%</p> <p>Pay: $152,000 -$205,850</p> <p>What you will do</p> <p>The Sr. Manager Functional Data Migration is responsible for shaping and implementing the data migration strategy. This individual will collaborate with S/4 workstream leaders on a strategic data design and lead the data migration execution activities associated with data migration requirements, relevancy, transformation rules, testing, and data quality within S/4 environments. This individual will manage functional data teams and keep the data workstream aligned to business process design. This individual will improve data migration capabilities and efficiencies with each incremental release cycle, improving data quality, increasing efficiency to reduce data activity durations, and managing costs down.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Functional Data Strategy: Shape the program (ERP) functional data strategy on foundational data decisions for the ERP Releases. Collaborate with partners and workstream leads to design data solutions that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with process framework. Handle flawless integration points where data threads intersect across organization teams, systems, and processes. </li><li>Release Deployment: Develop data migration release plans and lead extended team in execution according to schedule, sequence, and data quality standards. Own the data requirements, relevancy, transformation rules, and data validation activities in the S/4 Production system as part of each release cutover. </li><li>Data Conversion & Migration: Enable the program data strategy for the Kenvue ERP Transformation project to drive key project work related to data conversion and migration. Work closely with the project team, systems integrator, and the business data SMEs to translate S/4 program requirements into globally aligned data sets that are complete for loading by profiling, curating, harmonizing, and constructing the vital data. Work with the technical data migration team to realize loading of high quality data sets to into the respective S/4 system. </li><li>Testing, Validation, and Mock Cutover Over: Partnering with business data owners, perform iterative cycles to load, test, validate data in each system environment to support prototype, build, and test activities. Prepare for the Go Live Cutover by performing several "mock cutover" cycles to refine sequence, duration, and proactively address potential failure points. </li><li>Data Platform & Skill Development: Develop the skills to be an internal domain expert in the areas of S/4 data objects and associated data management platforms. Continuously advance capability and efficiencies of execution with each incremental S/4 release. </li></ul> <p>What we are looking for</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering at a minimum. Advanced degree (MBA/PhD) in Business Administration (MBA), Data Science, or other relevant field of study preferred. </li><li>10 years of experience in ERP Functional Design, Data Management, or Data Migration </li><li>Data Conversion Work Stream, Functional Workstream Lead, or Release Lead Experience on ERP deployments with People Management (Employees) or Team Lead Experience (Contractors) </li><li>Expertise with multiple data domains across Commercial, Finance, Quality, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement </li><li>Understanding of data frameworks across Enterprise Master Data, Functional Master Data, Transactional Data and familiarity with data management concepts: profiling, curation, construction, harmonization, conversion, quality </li><li>Versed in core SAP ERP processes and underlying data objects covering data domains in Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain processes </li><li>Experience leading data migration and mapping workshops, capturing data requirements, defining data relevancy, and writing data migration specifications </li><li>Capable to run project work across several concurrent regional & system releases while delivering results on time, on budget, with high quality </li><li>Experience working with data transformation of non-SAP legacy data sets to SAP data models </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you</p> <ul> <li>Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $152,000 - $205,850.
