Apply today!</p> <p>Note: There are 2 vacancies for this role.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Directly lead, supervise and develop a team of unionized and non-unionized employees to ensure work execution is preformed safely, to quality standards and meets all required service levels.</p> </li><li> <p>Works closely with Work Management staff to ensure effective work completion for all required maintenance and utilization work within targeted service levels</p> </li><li> <p>Manage escalated customer service or contractor issues</p> </li><li> <p>Lead project teams or initiatives, as required.</p> </li><li> <p>After hour On Call emergency response duties required</p> </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li> <p>3 years of directly related experience (plus Bachelor's degree)</p> </li><li> <p>Or 5+ years directly related experience (plus Associate's degree or its equivalent),</p> </li><li> <p>Or at least 7 years of directly related experience with a high school diploma or GED.</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred Discipline(s): Business, Engineering, Engineering Technology.</p> </li></ul> <p>Licenses, Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must have and maintain valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <p>Cold - 26-50%</p> <p>Office Work Environment - 51-75%</p> <p>Outdoors - 26-50%</p> <p>Travel - 26-50%</p> <p>Heat - 26-50%</p> <p>Grade: 41</p> <p>Pay range: $88,700 to $141,700</p> <p>AIP : 12.5%</p> <p>Physical Requirements (Include but are not limited to):</p> <p>Balancing, bending and stooping, climbing, crawling, carrying (up to 45 amount of pounds), grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 45 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.</p> <p>Mental Requirements (Both field & office) include but are not limited to:</p> <p>Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.</p> <p>Closing Statement</p> <p>Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5 or higher, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.</p> <p>At this time, Enbridge cannot transfer or sponsor a work visa or employment authorization for this position.</p> <p>This position does not offer relocation assistance.</p> <p>These and other duties as assigned constitute essential functions of the job.</p> <p>Diversity and inclusion are important to us.
