Join us!</p> <p>Manager IT III</p> <p>Location: Akron, OH</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development of headless APIs and web applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web development technologies, coupled with strong leadership skills to manage development teams effectively. In addition, the IT Manager will possess a solid understanding of cloud services, specifically AWS or Azure, to help guide the implementation of scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of developers, ensuring that web applications are built to the highest standards and that team performance is maximized. </li><li>Web Application Development: Lead projects to design and develop web applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, etc.), SQL or NoSQL databases for backend data management, and any modern UI technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. </li><li>Cloud Architecture: Oversee the migration, and maintenance of applications on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
