Family Empowerment, believes that information is power for families and individuals to build a rich and full life as they live and grow in their communities. We help families find state, local and private resources to develop a unique plan of action - and along the way create and offer a host of activities for fun, education and inclusion. Family Support Specialists are a key resource to families who have a member with a disability! You will provide training, needed information, access to resources, family support contacts and referrals to other agencies and supports.
