Apply now - we can't wait to hear from you!</p> <p>IU Health has a summer internship opportunity available for an Administrative- Intern to come on board to help support our finance department at our Riley Hospital, Indianapolis location.</p> <p>This position will be a Monday-Friday role working on our day shift.</p> <p>The Administrative -Intern collaborates with leadership and team members to complete strategic projects, which may cover topics including finance, accounting, marketing, operations or other areas. This intern will attend meetings and provide reporting on issues and decisions relevant to assigned projects. This intern also provides operational and administrative support to complete various functions and tasks and creates correspondence among team members to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.</p> <p>The intern in this role will complete additional tasks, including but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Data collection (coordinate and direct) </li><li>Managing meeting logistics </li><li>Preparing agendas and other materials needed for meetings with leaders and team members </li></ul> <p>Requires current enrollment in an Associate's, Bachelor's, and/or Master's Degree Program</p> <ul> <li>Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office programs </li></ul>
