<p>Job Title: Field Sales Representative</p> <p>Ability to perform all essential responsibilities for Field Sales Representative to include:</p> <ul> <li>Visit customers to service/advise on vendor products and perform sales and support services in assigned stores </li><li>Travel to customer locations, servicing vendor products and maintain product displays </li><li>Receive and respond to customer inquiries, answering customer questions </li><li>Provide new product information including receiving customer feedback regarding vendor products and services </li><li>Support and provide product knowledge to customers by demonstrating equipment/products and providing product application training </li><li>Resolve customer complaints and customer/vendor differences in a timely manner </li><li>Facilitate sales, marketing and promotional campaigns by acquainting accounts with the latest sales techniques. </li><li>Assist with placing special orders </li><li>Place items on shelving units according to the plan-o-gram </li><li>Manage and maintain inventory levels, make adjustments as required </li><li>Report weekly summary of hours, location and sales impact </li><li>Comply with all AMS and Customer policies and procedures </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Travel required which may include overnight stays </li><li>Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates is required, including weekends </li><li>Must be Microsoft Office proficient </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, written and technical skills required </li><li>Provide a valid driver's license and proof of insurance (must meet company's minimum requirements) </li><li>Provide excellent customer service to customers and vendors </li><li>HS diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred </li><li>Required to lift up to 50 , this may include lifting weight above shoulders as needed </li><li>Frequent standing, bending and twisting required </li><li>2 years of vendor sales experience preferred </li><li>1 year of field sales/customer service experience preferred </li><li>Bilingual speaking a plus (Spanish) but not required. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Vehicle and mileage reimbursement program </li><li>Medical, dental and vision plans </li><li>paid holidays and PTO </li><li>company equipment </li><li>comprehensive compensation travel (hotel and meals) and cell phone </li><li>401(k) </li><li>Company Shares through ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) with 401(k) match </li></ul> <p>#AMS1</p>
