<p>Job Title: Corporate Controls Engineer</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Corporate Controls Engineer will work on controls and automation projects to install new manufacturing systems and upgrade existing manufacturing systems in all manufacturing facilities across the US. The engineer will provide on-site support for controls and automation activities at the Manufacturing Facility.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop, install, and commission plant controls and automation systems, including PLC programming, HMI development, and MES data collection. </li><li>Provide technical support for controls and automation systems, including control panels, hardware, and communication protocols. </li><li>Develop and enforce process controls standards. </li><li>Partner with and direct third-party controls engineering partners. </li><li>Troubleshoot automation issues through the internal help desk system. </li><li>Design and specify plant control system architecture, including control panels, hardware, and communication protocols. </li><li>Commission VFDs. </li><li>Travel to other internal sites, up to roughly 25% of the year, one week at a time. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 6 years of experience as a controls engineer. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, automation, or a similar field. </li><li>Advanced ladder logic programming within Allen-Bradley PLCs. </li><li>Advanced HMI development. </li><li>Experience with SCADA systems. </li><li>Experience with liquid movement controls. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with MES. </li><li>Experience in the food and beverage industry. </li><li>10+ years of relevant experience. </li><li>Experience with Wonderware (Aveva Archestra). </li><li>Knowledge of .NET. </li><li>Proficiency in SQL. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The Corporate Controls Engineer will work in a smaller team and closely collaborate with the Corporate Controls Engineering Manager, Team Leaders, and Senior Engineers to align on standards and processes for managing the control system infrastructure.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $160000.00/yr.</p> <p>Benefits are 100% covered by employer.</p> <p>Hybrid schedule - See work environment section below for details.</p> <p>Relocation assistance:</p> <ul> <li>Lump sum amount at completion of relocation. </li><li>Full cost of real estate commission for the sale of home (up to 6% of the sale price) to be paid upon the sale of home & proof of purchase submission. This amount is taxed, but the amount will be grossed up to cover the taxes. </li><li>Reimbursement for the full cost of a professional pack and move service to be paid upon completion of relocation to the Wooster, Ohio, area and proof of purchase submission.
