<p>6-10 years of experience with UKG WFM Pro or similar workforce management systems.</p> <p>Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management principles.</p> <p>Ability to design and develop technical solutions for complex business requirements.</p> <p>Experience collaborating with internal teams to integrate UKG Pro WFM with other systems.</p> <p>Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation.</p> <p>Experience with integrations, particularly using Dell Boomi.</p> <p>Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure UKG Pro aligns with organizational goals.</p> <p>Implementing and migrating Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Workforce Dimensions with Dell Boomi expertise.</p> <p>Knowledge of modules like Scheduling, Timekeeping, Analytics, Global Time Off, Accruals, Attestation, Attendance, and Devices.</p> <p>Configuring Pay rules, Work rules, Labor Level Transfers, Adjustment Rules, Wages, Exceptions, Holiday Profiles, and Holiday Credit Rules.</p> <p>Technical development and support of interfaces with Dell Boomi knowledge.</p> <p>Developing and delivering training programs for end-users.</p> <p>Leading end-to-end implementation of UKG Dimensions for global clients, including configuration, testing, and deployment.</p> <p>Experience in setting up Postman Setup, Encryption & Decryption of the source files.</p> <p>Expertise in data migration, system optimization, and user training to ensure successful adoption.</p> <p>Troubleshooting and resolving integration and configuration issues during implementation and post-go-live support.</p> <p>Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 per annum</p> <p>#LI-SV2</p>
