Together with our employees we constantly strive to create a better world of mobility.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>In charge of the outbound supply chain of an JIS production plant </li><li>Liaison with Production scheduling to ensure timely shipping of products </li><li>Complete understanding of the paperwork required for all outbound shipments </li><li>Liaison with the customers as needed to ensure timely scheduling of customer shipping requirements </li><li>Coordinate staging process with forklift personnel for JIS and batch shipments </li><li>Primary contact for customers shipping activities </li><li>Ensure FIFO is being performed </li><li>Create daily ship schedules and monitoring/modifying daily ship schedules in accordance with customer demand </li><li>Coordinating shipping schedule using customer portals as well as communication with carriers </li><li>Ensure shipping documentation is prepared in accordance with Magna procedures </li><li>Sending and monitoring ASN's according to customer requirements </li><li>Maintaining customer routings, monitoring and reporting carrier performance issues </li><li>Responsible for record retention of BOL and customer documentation </li><li>Monitor and interact with customer shipping portals </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Logistics/Supply Chain Diploma/Degree preferred or 3+ years' experience working with Suppliers/Inventory Control/ Customer Service or combination of education and experience </li><li>Ability to work in a team as well as performing tasks alone </li><li>Ability to multi-task/prioritize and work with little supervision </li><li>Excellent mathematical skills, good computer skills and attention to detail </li><li>Experience with SAP R/3 preferred </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word) </li><li>Ability to operate a forklift </li></ul> <p>Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:</p> <p>At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
