<p>Keowee Key POA Inc. is a premier private gated community located on the stunning Lake Keowee in Salem, South Carolina. We provide exceptional club experience and maintain a vibrant, secure, and technologically advanced environment for our property owners and staff. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Information Technology Support Specialist to join our team and support our technology systems and staff.</p> <p>Source of Supervision: Information Technology Manager</p> <p>Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Information Technology Support Specialist to provide on-site technical support for the Keowee Key POA's technology infrastructure, including desktops, servers, networks, and software applications. This full-time position is based out of our IT office in the Club Building in Salem, SC, and plays a critical role in ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service for our staff and community members.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide hands-on, on-site technical support and troubleshooting for KKPOA staff, including desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment. </li><li>Act as the first point of contact for IT help desk requests, resolving basic technical issues and escalating complex problems as needed. </li><li>Maintain and support KKPOA's technology systems, including network infrastructure, servers, and software applications. </li><li>Ensure excellent customer service by actively listening to user concerns, communicating solutions clearly, and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor. </li><li>Document IT issues, resolutions, and processes in a ticketing system to ensure accurate tracking and continuous improvement. </li><li>Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain technology upgrades, security protocols, and system enhancements. </li></ul> <p>Work Schedule:</p> <p>Regular hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (on-site).</p> <p>Rotating remote on-call hours:</p> <p>Weekdays: Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM (remote).</p> <p>Weekends and Holidays: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM (remote).</p> <p>Keowee Key POA Inc. is a premier private gated community located on the stunning Lake Keowee in Salem, South Carolina.
