<p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>Welcomes guests and escorts them to appropriate staff; answers inquiries, directing students to appropriate resources and performs a variety of administrative duties as assigned. Rate of pay is $10.00 per hour (part-time)</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Adheres to all Company policies and procedures, and operates at all times within state and federal statutes and regulations and within standards of accreditation. </li><li>Sign-in campus visitors. </li><li>Notify campus personnel of appointment arrivals. </li><li>Assists with outreach to notify students of upcoming events, such as orientations, Career Fairs, etc. </li><li>Distribute the U.S. and campus mail, packages, messages, and other information to appropriate personnel. </li><li>Maintain the orderly appearance of the lobby. </li><li>Work scheduled hours as assigned through the end of the term, arriving on time and dressed appropriately. </li><li>Attend meetings or trainings as required. </li><li>Performs other duties or special projects as assigned. </li><li>Maintains professional and effective working relationships with all other Campus personnel. </li><li>Conducts his or her professional and personal life in a fashion that fosters a positive impression of the Campus and the Company. </li><li>Performs the job on Campus (no telecommuting or off-site duties/work). </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>EDUCATION:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required. </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication and organizational skills and knowledge of basic computers applications (Email, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams) preferred. </li></ul>
