You will effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, interact with product managers, drive product strategy, and manage the product backlog with clear, concise user stories.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Shape and share the product strategy with stakeholders. </li><li>Translate business goals and customer needs into product requirements. </li><li>Prioritize and refine the backlog to reflect business priorities. </li><li>Interface with stakeholders, product managers, and the development team to align on product scope and delivery. </li><li>Lead sprint planning and review sessions, addressing roadblocks promptly. </li><li>Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria. </li><li>Conduct research to identify opportunities for product innovation. </li></ul> <p>What you will need to have:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. </li><li>7 years of experience in a product owner role, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity. </li><li>Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban. </li><li>Proficient in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha! </li></ul> <p>What would be great to have:</p> <ul> <li>Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). </li><li>Experience in the financial services and payments industry. </li><li>Master's degree. </li></ul> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
