<p>We are currently looking to fill a Sr. MES Operations Analyst, who will operate and apply Regeneron's Manufacturing Execution System and the integrity of the data within the system. Our analyst will also ensure that all MES Operations fully meet the needs of the business by aligning with Manufacturing leadership and ensuring that associated policies and processes are efficiently implemented and maintained.</p> <p>In this role, a typical day might include the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate functional groups and establishes the priorities for MES Operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Prioritize requirements and design sessions with users as needed for continuous process improvement.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead all aspects of and coordinate deployment of MES MBRs for production use.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop strong business relationships with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Material Management, and IT to ensure that goals and objectives are met</p> </li><li> <p>Aligns MES Operations team's business practices with Manufacturing objectives to pro-actively anticipate future needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures that MES MBRs, workflows, Electronic Batch Records, etc. are developed and maintained.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides MES Operations support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for upgrades and other changes.</p> </li><li> <p>Chips in to strategic vision of MES Operations and helps to handle the delivery of objectives and actively drives process improvement initiatives as appropriate.</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to audit inquiries.</p> </li></ul> <p>This role may be for you if you:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Can provide performance and usage metrics</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate MES Change Controls and ensures tasks are completed.</p> </li><li> <p>Can ensure GxP compliance</p> </li></ul> <p>To be considered for this role, you must hold a BA/BS in engineering, biological or physical science, computer science, or information technology required.
