Our family is composed of Secret NYC, Secret Sydney, Secret LA, Secret Singapore, Secret Perth, Secret Tokyo, Secret Toronto, Secret London, Lisboa Secreta, Paris Secret, Madrid Secreto, Barcelona Secreta, and more!</p> <p>About the role</p> <ul> <li>Drive audience growth and engagement across multiple Secret NYC social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads) by scheduling content, writing copy, and monitoring content and channel performance. </li><li>Create high-quality and engaging text and visual content for these social media accounts. Schedule and engage users with original, compelling copy. </li><li>Evaluate and develop the local/regional content strategy for our audience. Create, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies. </li><li>Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media platform performance. </li><li>Stay current with social media trends and source content accordingly. </li><li>Ensure marketing and social media campaigns are aligned with the communication strategy on all platforms and optimize posts for engagement and search. </li><li>Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, maintaining the Secret Media Network editorial voice in headlines and copywriting across multiple verticals and platforms. </li><li>Build and strengthen relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and influencers. Always open to creating new digital deals and partnerships! </li><li>Work with the Social Media Teams and Editorial Executives to schedule and promote editorial-sponsored content across all platforms. Collaborate with our Strategist team for a 360-degree perspective on Social Media. </li><li>Complete timely qualitative and quantitative analysis/reporting to improve our performance. </li><li>Conduct research, gather insights, test new tools, evaluate trends, and adapt practices accordingly. </li></ul> <p>About you</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus. </li><li>Passionate about Digital Marketing, with a degree or equivalent experience focusing on digital portfolio projects. </li><li>Stays up-to-date with digital technology trends. Has a strong understanding of digital media trends, with a good feel for what makes content popular online.
