You are a passionate designer who loves collaborating and problem-solving. In this role, you'll shape the brand's visual identity and strategy across all channels, with a sharp focus on digital. You will work on projects including email, paid social, web, retail, packaging and print.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities and Expected Outcomes:</p> <ul> <li>Work as part of in-house creative team to design solutions across all channels: email, commerce, retail, packaging, and print. </li><li>Creative & Detail-Oriented: Passionate about design and creating brands, with a keen eye for detail. You're able to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals. </li><li>Solid comprehension of growth marketing and DTC; you understand how brands exist and thrive in the digital world brand </li><li>Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams to iterate on creative. </li><li>Agile: you are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and pivot quickly when needed. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication; you can articulate your work and the rationale behind your decisions. </li><li>You are a critical thinker and strategic problem solver. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>4 to 5 years experience; in-house DTC experience ideal </li><li>Strong portfolio of work showcasing layout, typography, composition, and color usage. </li><li>Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma. </li><li>Proficiency with Google Suite. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements (if applicable):</p> <ul> <li>In office 3-4 days a week. </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> <p>At Aura, we believe in creating a happy and supportive work environment so you are set up to succeed in your job and do the best work of your career, whether in person or remotely or both.
