An in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting and repairs is required. Will follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. In addition, the candidate will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB</p> <ul> <li>Regular inspection, troubleshooting and repairs of electrical and mechanical production equipment throughout the facility </li><li>Detecting malfunctions and defects in electrical and mechanical systems on all automation equipment </li><li>Ensuring the compliance of all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and health administration rules (OSHA) while conducting work functions </li><li>Maintaining a record of service cycles and other maintenance activities conducted </li><li>Efficiently managing time and completing all tasks assigned by the supervisory authority </li><li>Reporting damages, defects and other issues pertaining to electrical and mechanical units to the supervising manager </li><li>Documenting spare and replacement parts required and completing all necessary documentation for the same </li><li>Appropriately using and handling all electrical repair and testing tools and equipment </li><li>Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed </li><li>Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Schedule: Monday - Thursday 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM</p> <p>Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour</p> <p>Status: Non-Exempt</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) matching </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Life insurance </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Vision insurance </li></ul>
