This member of our onsite property team is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property landscape and the exterior image (Curb Appeal). This may include performing routine building maintenance tasks, relocating appliances or aiding in the refurbishment of vacant units. </li><li>Snow removal (when needed) </li><li>Maintaining pet waste stations and cleanliness of grounds </li><li>Pest control applications </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:</p> <ul> <li>Experience related to the responsibilities above </li><li>General knowledge of daily maintenance and groundskeeping </li><li>Ability to safely operate equipment </li></ul> <p>Please note that this is not a landscaping position!</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer</p>
