<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>The Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner is directly responsible to the collaborating physician and is a registered nurse prepared through a formal organized educational program which meets professional association guidelines to provide a full range of health care services including planning, organizing, coordinating and directing optimal patient care and outcome to assure quality patient care to the child, adult, and geriatric patient that meets regulatory requirements.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>The Nurse Practitioner may order the following in order to evaluate, diagnose, and treat the child, adult, and/or geriatric patient: Medications (as allowed by regulation and license), Diagnostic tests, Referrals and Consultations, measurements, monitoring, procedures, and treatments (as allowed by regulation and license). </li><li>Performs interview health histories.
