The company also supplies girders and weldments for construction and industrial applications.</p> <p>We are actively seeking experienced Industrial Coating Specialists to join our 3rd shift team, in Lancaster, PA.</p> <p>Ideal candidates will have availability to work:</p> <p>3rd shift operates Monday - Thursday from 8:30 pm - 7:00 am. Overtime is available!</p> <p>3rd-shift coworkers receive a shift differential of 25% of their base rate!</p> <p>Coating Specialists/Painters are responsible for performing various tasks to prepare metal surfaces and apply standard finishes to machined parts.</p> <p>Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) required </li><li>The ability to work from prints, specification tables and with adjustable layout and measuring instruments desired </li><li>Ability to apply specified coatings to steel bridge beams and cross members </li><li>Prior painting / coatings experience desired. </li></ul> <p>Working for The High Companies:</p> <p>At High Steel Structures co-workers always come first.
