You will work from blueprints and other technical drawings to produce high-quality welds that meet industry standards.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Utilize MIG and TIG welding techniques to join metal components. </li><li>Weld in various positions, including flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead. </li><li>Adjust welding equipment settings to achieve desired weld quality. </li><li>Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using various tools and equipment. </li><li>Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine fabrication requirements. </li><li>Ensure accurate measurements and tolerances. </li><li>Inspect welds for quality and conformance to specifications. </li><li>Identify and correct welding defects. </li><li>Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures. </li><li>Wear appropriate personal protective equipment. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area. </li><li>Other duties, as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Education - Experience Required</p> <ul> <li>0-3 years of welding experience. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. </li><li>Strong attention to detail. </li><li>Manual dexterity. </li><li>Basic math skills. </li><li>Ability to use measuring tools, such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. </li><li>Ability to work in various positions, including bending, stooping, kneeling, and working overhead. </li><li>Stay up-to-date on the latest welding techniques and technologies. </li><li>Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals. </li><li>Identify and troubleshoot welding problems. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p>
