We offer integrated managed care products, pharmaceutical benefit management and specialty pharmacy services, behavioral health services, and other administrative services.</p> <p>Discover more about us at www.amerihealthcaritas.com.</p> <p>The Manager oversees centralized Corporate functions of the Wellness-RROT (Rapid Response Outreach Team) vertical. The Manager directs a group of Supervisors and clinical and non-clinical associates and is responsible for providing direction, organization and monitoring of all RROT-Wellness Contact Center services including, but not limited to collaboration with the following units: Population Health, Utilization Management, Quality Management, Member Engagement, Provider Network Management, Operations, PerformCare, and PerformRx.</p> <ul> <li>Works collaboratively with Wellness Managers/ and Directors to develop Departmental Goals and Objectives per AmeriHealth Caritas Enterprise initiatives (CAHPS /HEDIS / NCQA) </li><li>Utilizes Work Force Management system to effectively monitor the processing of inbound / outbound calls/ contacts re: Members, Providers and other areas internal /external meeting established Health Care Metrics Responsible for preparing reports and conducting analysis of operational productivity and attainment of goals </li><li>Provides leadership and recognizes growth and expanded opportunities for the entire team and department </li><li>Guides Supervisors and front-line member interacting associates to perform within their scope of responsibilities while assisting members in improved health care adherence and reduction of barriers to care </li><li>Maintains current knowledge of all Population Health initiatives, attends assigned meetings and actively communicates with departmental representatives re: RROT /EPSDT / Wellness initiatives and coordination of Care work duties </li><li>Participates in the development of Policies & Procedures, Standard Operating Processes, Training development and presentations to direct reports and other departments </li><li>Participates in corporate and market workgroups and may assume lead role on some workgroups </li><li>Provides input and oversight of department generated documents such as program description, program evaluation, QSC, QCCC, PBO, all additional reporting tools highlighting department productivity and presents documents at respective meetings </li><li>Monitors direct report work assignments and makes adjustments as required per associate experience and interventions required </li><li>Travel as needed to market health plans in support of business need </li><li>Complies with AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies policies and HIPAA standards </li></ul> <p>Education/ Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Health related field preferred </li><li>Master's Degree </li><li>Registered Nurse, LSW, LCSW, LPC, MPH </li><li>5 to 10 years strong people-management skills/experience </li><li>Demonstrates ability to facilitate change management and adapt to evolving state, regulatory and operational changes. </li><li>Solid knowledge of contact center processes to provide accountability in high volume call environment, managing audits/reports; </li><li>Strong knowledge base of health care resources, ideally with managed care experience; </li><li>Proven ability to promote excellent customer service skills, skilled in conflict resolution and problem solving; </li><li>Skilled in building and working with inclusive and diverse teams and able to collaborate with various disciplines within the Market and Enterprise </li><li>Solid verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Possess coaching and mentorship skills </li><li>Demonstrated experience in applying strategic and critical thinking to broad scope of problems and business opportunities.
