<p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Operations Account Specialist provides a high level of professional operational support for Astrodyne TDI's key customers. The Operations Account Specialist will be integral part of the operations team executing on delivering products and operational support for high visibility orders/customers. This position will report to the Director of Operations.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES (Include the following, other duties may be assigned)</p> <ul> <li>Create and manage work orders for new customer demand and work with supply chain, production teams to ensure the orders are executed on-time </li><li>Conduct daily reviews of customer portal, backlog and orders for new demand as well as pullin/push out requests. </li><li>Update customer portal with accurate information, i.e. commit dates, shipment information…etc. </li><li>Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding purchase orders, forecasts, expedites, change orders requests and returns </li><li>Work with the Director of Operations to resolve potential conflicts on priorities, and resolve any customer escalations </li><li>Support strategic account customer service needs by working with Program Management and </li><li>Engineering teams to fully understand the key account Engineering, NPI and Production Programs </li><li>Work with Operations on production status, creation of reports, updating portals, running </li><li>reports/shipping information with regards to backlog, inventory, and shipment status as required by each account </li><li>Process RMA transactions, credit and debit memos and cancellation requests as required. </li><li>Maintain integrity of Master Data, including customer ship/bill information, Inco terms, customer contact information, etc. </li><li>May include accessing select customer's portal for invoicing, ECR/ECNs, or to retrieve any </li><li>information or notifications related to Astrodyne TDI products and business </li><li>Provide support, as needed to the GM, Key Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers in pursuit of new business growth opportunities </li><li>May include participating in customer meetings on-site or at customer site </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum 4 year Bachelor degree is required. A BA in Business Administration is preferred </li><li>2-3 Years of Experience </li></ul> <p>TECHNICAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:</p> <ul> <li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Database, Enterprise Resource Planning Systems(ERP), and Customer Service Relationship Management (CRM) tool knowledge is preferred </li></ul> <p>Ready to power up your career?
